Change of Accounting Reference Date

Dawson International PLC (the "Company") announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 December to 31 March. The current financial year will therefore cover the 15 month period ending 31 March 2011.

The Company will release unaudited interim accounts for the six months ending 31 December 2010 by 31 March 2011 and audited accounts for the 15 months ending 31 March 2011 by 31 July 2011.
