Result of Extraordinary General Meeting and AIM Cancellation

East Balkan Properties Plc today announces that, at the extraordinary general meeting held earlier today, the resolution to approve cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("AIM Cancellation") was duly passed.

The following proxy votes were cast in respect of the EGM resolution:
