and the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was advised on 3 July 2007
that James Reiman and Daniel Skaff sold shares in the Company on 29 June 2007 as
noted below:

** China Retail Venture #1, Inc., a Delaware (United States) corporation,
successor in interest to GMAI-Asia.com, Inc., granted an option to a trust to
which Daniel Skaff is connected to purchase 8,759,277 shares in the Company.
Following the above transaction the option now relates to 8,289,971 shares (3.8%
of the Voting Share Capital). China Retail Venture #1, Inc. is owned 100% by
James Reiman. As such these 8,289,971 shares are included in the above table
within the beneficial ownership of James Reiman.
