                                RETURN OF CAPITAL 
 
 
The Company announced on 5th February 2010 that it had agreed a release of 
deferred sales proceeds with DEGI, and would consider suitable mechanisms for 
returning capital to shareholders. 
 
The Board is pleased to confirm that the balance of deferred sales proceeds has 
now been received, and that it intends to make a second capital distribution 
amounting to EUR 0.03 (3 Euro cents) per share. 
 
The distribution will be payable on 18 June 2010 to shareholders registered at 
close of business on 28 May 2010, with an associated ex-distribution date of 26 
May 2010. 
 
This second capital distribution brings to EUR0.97 per share the total amount 
distributed by the Company. The Company continues to focus on the management of 
the remaining asset, Mall Veliko Turnovo in Bulgaria.
