Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company")

Closing Date of Offer

On 8 November 2013, the Company published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") for its offer for subscription for up to 7,500,000 H Shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Offer").

As stated in the Prospectus, the Offer will close to further applications at 3.00 pm on 6 June 2014, or on such other date as may be determined by the directors of the Company (the "Directors").

The Company announces that the Directors have now decided that the closing date of the Offer will not be changed; accordingly, the Offer will close to further applications at 3.00 pm on 6 June 2014.
