Notice of Annual General Meeting - 20 March 2018

The Company announced on 29 January 2018 the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017.

The Company has today posted copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which is to be held on 20 March 2018, and proxy form to all shareholders.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the UKLA and will shortly be available from the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
