       RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

    A General Meeting of Elixir Petroleum Limited ("Company") was held on Thursday 26 June 2008 at Level 20, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth at
10.00 am at which all resolutions were duly passed.

    The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting previously mailed to shareholders and available on the
Company's website.
