SALE OF INTEREST IN BERONG NICKLE CORPORATION

29 June 2012 - ENK plc ("ENK" or the "Company") (AIM, PLUS, ASX: ENK) notes the announcement made this morning by Toledo Mining Corporation plc ("Toledo") stating that Toledo intends to exercise its pre-emptive rights in respect of the Sale of ENK's interest in Berong Nickel Corporation Inc. ("Berong").

The Company is seeking to enter in to a dialogue with Toledo and Atlas Consolidated Mining Corporation regarding the exercise of their pre-emotive rights and further announcements will be made regarding the transaction as appropriate.
