Notice of 2014 Interim Results

Eredene Capital PLC (AIM: ERE), the AIM quoted investor in Indian infrastructure, will announce its interim results for the six month period ended 30 September 2014 on Friday 28 November 2014.

As previously announced, the last time and date for receipt of Tender Forms or TTE Instructions from Shareholders in respect of the Tender Offer is 1.00 p.m. on 2 December 2014 and the results of the Tender Offer will be announced on 3 December 2014. The last day of dealings of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be 10 December 2014 and the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the ordinary shares will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 11 December 2014.

All references to time in this announcement are to UK time. Capitalised terms in this announcement (unless otherwise defined) have the same meanings as set out in the circular dated 3 November 2014.
