The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited has undertaken a review of the Group's cash balances and is seeking to convert as much uncommitted cash currently held in Euros to Sterling.

In this respect, the Company today exchanged EUR5.6m to GBP4.7m at an exchange rate of EUR1.1874.
