In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, EPIC Reconstruction
PLC today announces the retirement of Mr Donald Adamson as Chairman of the
Company, with effect from Friday, 17 November 2006.

The Board has appointed Mr Geoffrey Vero FCA, a highly experienced private
equity practitioner and a Non-Executive Director of the Company as Chairman with
effect from the same date.
