              Statement of Year End Results as at 31 January 2007


The Board of EPIC Reconstruction plc have today released their annual year end
results to 31 January 2007 which form part of this announcement.


Financial highlights outlined in the year end results are:


-    Five investments completed; two new acquisitions and three bolt-ons to
     existing portfolio companies

-    Provisions have been made against certain investments which amount to an
     overall capital loss for the year of GBP9.3m

-    Total revenue income of GBP2.6m, and Net Revenue Profit for the year of
     GBP1.4m

-    Final dividend of 1.99p has been proposed, bringing full year dividend to
     4.54p
