                             Adjustment of Warrants 
 
The Company today announces that pursuant to the share capital re-organisation 
announced by the Company on 9 September 2010, the tradeable warrants in issue 
under the Company name have been adjusted as follows: 
2006 Warrants: 
These warrants have been adjusted, in accordance with their terms, by 
multiplying the exercise price by 40 from 3 pence to GBP1.20 and dividing the 
number of Warrants by 40 from 43,757,500 to 1,093,937. 
These 2006 warrants will be re-admitted to trading on 13 September 2010 under 
the ISIN number GB00B3QSH968 and AIM symbol EVNW.
