It is with regret that the Company announces that John Blower has resigned from 
the Company. John was a founder director of Evergreen and has played a key role 
in developing the business. John remains a strong supporter of the Company. 
 
The audit committee will comprise Christopher Broadbent and David Cowham and 
will be chaired by David Cowham. The remuneration committee will comprise David 
Cowham and Christopher Broadbent and be chaired by Christopher Broadbent. 
 
Commenting on John Blower's departure, CEO Roberto Avondo said, "We are 
extremely appreciative of what John has done for the Company and we have 
thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Sadly, Johnnow feels that the time has 
come for him to devote more time to his other business interests abroad and that 
he would not be able to devote the time necessary to his role as a 
Non-Executive director ofEvergreen. We wish him every success in his endeavours 
and would like to thank him for all his efforts on the Company's behalf."
