                             Director Shareholding 
 
The Company announces that on 1 June 2011, Richard Grogan, Chairman of 
Eurovestech, sold a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.45 per cent. of the issued voting 
share capital of the Company, at a price of 14 pence per share. 
 
Following the sale, Mr Grogan now holds a total of 535,019 Ordinary Shares, 
equivalent to 0.16 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
