The Board of Expomedia announces that it has posted to shareholders copies of
the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2005.


The Company also gives notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held at
the offices of Nabarro Nathanson, Lacon House, Theobald's Road, London, on 19
May 2006 at 10.00am.
