Temporary Suspension of trading in securities 
 
Expomedia Group plc, the AIM quoted media group with interests in exhibitions, 
conferences, venue management and related publishing, announces that it has 
requested a suspension, with immediate effect, of trading of its securities on 
AIM, pending clarification of the Company's financial position and strategic 
options. 
 
 
On 10 November 2008, Expomedia announced that the Group had seen a significant 
reduction of revenues. The Directors have subsequently entered into discussions 
with the Group's bankers, creditors and shareholders, in order to secure the 
financing required to fund's the Group's cashflow commitments. The Directors 
have also implemented a programme of cost savings and announced certain asset 
disposals. 
 
 
Although the Group remains in discussions with its bankers, creditors and 
shareholders, it has been unable to secure the necessary funding and reach 
agreement with certain of the Group's creditors.
