    Trading update, Notice of preliminary results, Notice of AGM
     and Director changes 


    Trading update 
    The results for the year ended 30th November 2008 will reflect the business disruptions that I mentioned at our interim announcement and
are disappointing. However these disruptions at both our Stourport and Blackpool laboratories are well into recovery, with Stourport
reporting a healthy profit, and as the year closes being back on budget and Blackpool starting to return to profit.  

    We remain confident in the underlying business with many units performing well with  some branches showing continued growth especially
in the Midlands and Yorkshire areas. 

    eteeth has closed the year with an impressive rate of growth and continues to provide us with record breaking monthly turnover numbers
in the final months of the financial year. 

    We are looking forward to further increases in performance throughout 2009 with a planned expansion of product range and resources.

    Nigel Spring, our Managing Director, has been introducing new practices and procedures to our business units along with special
attention to top line growth. 

    A new sales force over and above that of eteeth of 7 personnel has been recruited.  The early results of the extra marketing and sales
activities are encouraging, and promise to show good growth with our base business in 2009 and beyond.   

    Notice of preliminary results
    The Group expects to announce its preliminary results along with the publication of the company's Annual Report and Accounts on 11th
February 2009.



    Notice of AGM
    Notice is given that the Company's AGM will be held at 9.00am on 17th March 2009 at its Harrogate offices. Formal notice will be sent to
shareholders in due course.

    Director changes
    John Hayhurst will be resigning form the Board on 31st December 2008.  Commenting on his departure, John said "Andrew invited me to join
the Board on the acquisition of Benchmark group of laboratories. As the representative of the major shareholder I have seen Andrew
strengthen the management team, especially with the arrival of the company's new MD Nigel Spring. I have confidence that I'm leaving the
Board with a professional team in place that is the best it has ever been.".
