    FUNDAMENTAL-E INVESTMENTS PLC ("FEI" OR THE "COMPANY")             

                               GRANT OF OPTIONS                                

FEI announces that it has granted the following options (the "Options") to
subscribe for new ordinary shares in FEI to certain of its directors as
follows:

The Board has agreed to award these options as a reward for the valuable
services already provided to the Company by Stephen Thomson and Jonathan
Nelson. In addition, both Stephen Thomson and Jonathan Nelson have agreed to
endeavour to conclude a material corporate transaction for the Company with the
objective of enhancing shareholder value.

The exercise price for the Options is 0.35p, being the average of the market
value of FEI's shares for the five dealing days before the date the Options
were granted.

The Options can be exercised at any time up to five years after the relevant
director ceases to be a director or employee of FEI or 1 July 2016, whichever
is the earlier.

These Options represent in aggregate 10% of FEI's diluted issued share capital.
The number of shares subject to the Options will increase in proportion to any
further share issues made by FEI prior to 1 July 2009.

The grant of the Options constitutes a Related Party Transaction under the AIM
Rules. The directors of FEI (save for Stephen Thomson and Jonathan Nelson who
are connected with the transaction), having consulted with their nominated
adviser, City Financial Associates Limited, consider the terms of the Options
to be fair and reasonable insofar as the shareholders of FEI are concerned.
