AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE SUSPENSION 
 
Finders Resources Ltd (Finders) wishes to announce that trading in its ordinary 
shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) remains suspended pending the 
release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising. 
 
This announcement is now expected to be released by ASX trading commencing on 
Monday 30(th) August 2010, at which stage trading in Finders shares will resume 
on the ASX. 
 Finders shares will continue to trade on AIM throughout this period.
