Conditional acquisition of
threesixty
Fintel (AIM: FNTL), the leading
provider of fintech and support services to the UK retail financial
services sector, today announced that it has conditionally agreed
to acquire Threesixty Services Limited
("threesixty"), provider of compliance and
business support services to over 900 leading Independent Financial
Adviser and Wealth Manager firms from abrdn plc.
