   The Board of Foresight 3 VCT plc announces that following the recent 
termination of the sales process of one of its investment companies, 
Closed Loop Recycling, a significant provision has been made against the 
value of this investment.  Taking into account this provision and other 
valuation movements in the portfolio, the Board expects the Net Asset 
Value per Ordinary share will fall by approximately 5%. 
 
   The remaining investments in the portfolio are almost entirely 
traditional private equity investments in profitable, well performing 
businesses and the Board expects these investments to perform well in 
the future and deliver an enhanced Net Asset Value over the medium term.
