5(th) September 2013 that members and associates of Foresight Group, the 
investment manager of the company, and who may be considered PDMRs of 
the Company, purchased 51,389 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 
September 2013 at an average price of 45.5 pence per ordinary share. 
 
   Notification of interests of Directors 
 
   Foresight 2 VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it was also notified 
on 5(th) September 2013 that Jocelin Harris, Chairman, purchased 3,364 
ordinary shares in the Company on 5 September 2013 at an average price 
of 45.5 pence per ordinary share and that Peter Dicks, Director, 
purchased 2,370 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 September 2013 at an 
average price of 45.5 pence per ordinary share.
