Share Buy Back

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 23 August 2022, it purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 40.42 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under GCL's share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased and transferred into Treasury 100,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above purchase and transfer, GCL has 136,709,153 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 100,000 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
