Share Buy Back

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 19 October, it purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 47.98 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under the share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 2,493,000 shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company has 132,046,251 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 2,497,902 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
