required under paragraph 16.4 of the UKLA Listing Rules.



Mr. Kin Chan is the director of Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited, a company
listed in Singapore



Ms. Angie Li is an alternate director of Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited.



Mr. David Chung is the director of TCC International Holdings Limited, a company
listed in Hong Kong.



Other than as disclosed above, there is no information in respect of any of the
new directors to be provided under paragraph 16.4 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
