    Establishment and launch of Pauldirekt GmbH ("Pauldirekt") as Germany's first internet shopping community for consumer electronics.

    getmobile announces that it has recently incorporated Pauldirekt, a new 90% subsidiary, as the corporate vehicle for getmobile to launch
Germany's first internet shopping community for consumer electronics. The balance of shares are held by management.

    Pauldirekt is as a closed (membership only) internet community site which offers top quality consumer electronic products to its members
at uniquely discounted prices. Offers are time limited, (sometimes only available for a few hours), and are regularly updated. Each product
on offer is presented and described in a video clip by a presenter called Paul. Only members can make purchases on the site, and membership
which is free, is by invitation from an existing member.

     Similar closed internet communities dealing with special offers on different types of product categories have proven very successful in
other markets such as "Vente Priv? in France and "Brands 4 Friends" in Germany.

    Getmobile's core business is the sale of mobile phone contracts bundled with attractive consumer electronics or other goods. These
bundles are typically sold at nil cost to the customer and Getmobile earns its revenue from commissions paid by the mobile phone network
operators. This positions Getmobile as a major purchaser of consumer electronics in Germany and enables it to identify highly attractive
offers which it will make available exclusively to Pauldirekt members. 

     "We are now one of the primary sales channels for many products for leading consumer electronics manufacturers. At Pauldirekt and on
our other platforms we can pass on this competitive advantage straight to the end user via really attractive prices. That's our recipe for
success," says CEO Tim Schwenke .

    The Pauldirekt site has gone live in the past few days and has already attracted over 2000 members with offers such as a Nintendo Wii
sports games console at EUR222.22

    Given its experience in e-commerce and existing purchasing power in consumer electronics getmobile is particularly well placed to
develop this model in Germany. The launch of Pauldirekt, is in line with getmobile's strategic objective of expanding its ecommerce
offerings and leveraging its existing purchasing power, and follows on the recent launch of its Premingo household contracts site.
