    DIRECTORS' DEALINGS


    The Company has been notified of the following dealings which took place today in its Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Shares").
    

1.   The sale by Schreiber Verm GbR, (a company owned 26% by Sven Schreiber a director 
      of the Company and 74% by other members of his family) of  58,340 Shares at EUR1.40

    2.    The sale by Sven Schreiber of  51,660 Shares at EUR1.40
    

 
    Following these transactions Sven Schreiber's notifiable interest in the Company's Shares, including Shares held by his spouse, is
196,077 Shares (2.08%).
