one vote for every GBP10 of nominal capital held. 
 
The figure of 5,167,470 should be used by shareholders and others with 
notification obligations as their denominator for the calculations by which 
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,or a 
change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
