The Company hereby gives notification that its name has been changed from 
Gartmore Global Trust PLC to Henderson Global Trust plc. 
 
The change of name took effect at Companies House on 19 September 2011. The new 
dealing code, with effect from 20 September 2011, is `HGL'. The website address 
becomes `www.hendersonglobal trust.com'. 
 
The change of name reflects the change of management group, following the 
acquisition of Gartmore Investment Management Limited by Henderson Global 
Investors Limited in April 2011.
