Dividend Declaration

The Directors of Henderson Global Trust plc announce that they have declared a second interim dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 January 2016. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 10 September 2015 and the dividend paid on 1 October 2015 to shareholders on the register on 11 September 2015.
