Dividend Declaration 
 
The Directors announce that they have declared a special interim dividend of 30 
pence per ordinary share in respect of the period to 31 October 2011 which will 
be paid to Shareholders who are on the register as at 6.00 p.m. on 26 November 
2010. 
 
Payment of the special interim dividend will be conditional upon approval of 
the resolutions for the reconstruction of the Company at the class meeting and 
general meeting of shareholders which is expected to be held on or around 29 
November 2010. 
 
Subject to such resolutions being passed, the dividend will be paid prior to 
the implementation of the proposals and in any event by 9 December 2010. 
 
The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 24 November 2010.
