Notice of Annual General Meeting and Appointment of Non-Executive Director


GLOBAL HEALTH PARTNER PLC (AIM:GHP), ("GHP" or "the Company") wishes to announce
that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31,
2007 together with notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will commence at
1p.m.on 9 June 2008 at  the Offices of Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London EC2V
7WS are now available for inspection on our website:
www.globalhealthpartner.co.uk. Copies of these documents have also been sent to
shareholders.


GHP is also pleased to announce that Lottie Svedenstedt has been appointed to
the Board.



Lottie is currently Chairman of MiL Institute, a consulting business in
organisational change and leadership development, and is also a Non Executive
director of Clas Ohlson AB, Bjorn Borg AB, Promedia AB, Stadium AB, Stampen AB,
mkt media AB, Kid Interior A/S, K-Utveckling AB, Wet Pot Systems AB and
Svedenstedt Consulting AB. Other directorship assignments held in the last five
years have been at Goteborgs-Posten Nya AB, Expert A/S, and Kid Hemtextil AB.



Lottie has a significant background in Scandinavia in the development of
organizations such as IKEA of Sweden and Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M) and most
recently in 2006-2007 was Chief Executive of  Kid Interior A/S. Lottie brings a
wealth of managerial experience and knowledge to the Board predominantly from
the lifestyle consumer products sector.
