    Global Health Partner plc
    ("GHP plc" or the "Company")
    On  28 August 2008 GHP plc announced that its shareholders had approved the proposal for the acquisition by Global Health Partner AB
("GHP AB") of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of GHP to be implemented by way of scheme of arrangement under Part
26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the 'Scheme'). 
    The GHP Independent Director is pleased to announce that on 16 September 2008 the Court sanctioned the Scheme without modification. 
    The Scheme is expected to become effective on 18 September 2008. Upon the Scheme becoming effective:
    *     all GHP plc Scheme Shares will be cancelled; and 
    *     1 New GHP AB share will be issued to GHP plc Shareholders  for every 1 GHP plc Scheme Share held at the Scheme Record Time
    *     following conversion of convertible debentures in the amount of �2,375,000 for 3,370,586 ordinary shares of 50p as described in
the Scheme Document,  the total number of shares outstanding on 18 September 2008, the Scheme Effective date, will be  59,516,074 ordinary
shares of 50p
    The Scheme Record Time is 6pm on 16 September 2008.  GHP plc has applied for the trading of its shares on AIM to be cancelled with
effect from 7:00am on 18 September 2008.  New GHP AB shares will be delivered within 14 days of the Scheme Effective date and it is expected
that the New GHP AB shares will be listed on either the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm main list or the secondary market, First North on 3
October 2008. Queries regarding the Swedish listing and GHP AB should be directed to SEB Enskilda, financial advisers to GHP AB.
