As part consideration for the acquisition of I G Software Limited, on 10 August
2007 each of the following acquired by allotment an interest in 75,356,571
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.11% of the issued
share capital:

(a) Surit Patel;

(b) Namrata Patel;

(c) Jofi Alexander; and

(d) Rachel Alexander.

Notes:

(1) Of the 75,356,571 ordinary shares in which Mr Patel and Mrs Patel are
    interested, 37,678,857 are registered in the name of Mr Patel and 37,677,714 
    are registered in the name of Mrs Patel.

(2) Of the 75,356,571 ordinary shares in which Mr Alexander and Mrs Alexander
    are interested, 37,678,857 are registered in the name of Mr Alexander and
    37,677,714 are registered in the name of Mrs Alexander.
