Director Share Options

The Company announces that on 8 February 2002, Andrew Clayton (Finance Director)
and Michael Giddings (Executive Director) were both granted 15,833 share options
under the Company's share save scheme. The options are exercisable at 60 pence
per share between 1 April 2005 and 30 September 2005.


The 4,657 share options granted to both Andrew Clayton and Michael Giddings in
August 2000 have now been cancelled.
