GTL has been informed that, on 18 July 2011, Richard Ruebe, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 32,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a price of 79 pence.

Following the acquisition of Mr. Ruebe's holding has increased to 62,000 ordinary shares, or 0.2 per cent of the issued share capital in the Company.
