Correction to RNS announcement number 97520 (released 14:09 on 28 February
2008).

The Company notes an error in the above announcement and wishes to
confirm the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be 26 March 2008 at
11am, not 2009 as previously stated.

The Company today announces that a Circular has been approved by the Board to 
be issued to Shareholders containing proposals concerning the future strategy of
the Company. These proposals and related Shareholder Resolutions will be put to
Shareholders for their approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held
on 26 March 2008 at 11am.
