and Eastern Europe, hereby acknowledges that Standard & Poor's
("S&P") has affirmed Globalworth's 'BB+' long-term issuer
credit and senior unsecured debt ratings while revising the outlook
from stable to negative.
Globalworth continues to uphold its robust liquidity position,
and we are taking the necessary measures to meet refinancing
requirements in a timely manner.
