Correction 
 
 
Further to the announcement of the Company released on 14 January 2009, there 
was an unintentional omission in the reference to Ingenious Media Plc in Mr 
Benton's employment history. The full corrected text is set out below. 
 
 
Change in Directors and Update 
 
 
Further to the announcement on 7 January 2009, Handmade (AIM:HMF) reports that 
Robert Benton has been appointed as non-executive chairman of the Company. In 
addition, Richard Northcott has stepped down from his position as chairman and 
director of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
 
Handmade continues with the detailed review of its financial position and the 
Company will provide an update to the market in due course. 
 
 
Mr Benton is Managing Director of Benton Media Limited which is a company 
consulting and investing in media content. Until recently, he was a managing 
director and head of media at Canaccord Adams Limited. He is also chairman of 
Clarksons plc. Until January 2008, he served as executive chairman of Talent 
Group Plc, an independent television company. Previously, he was chief executive 
of Ingenious Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Ingenious Media Plc, prior to 
which he was chairman of Bridgewell Group plc, which was founded in 2002 and 
floated on AIM in 2007. 
 
 
Mr Benton was previously chairman and chief executive of Charterhouse 
Securities, global head of sales at ABN Amro and managing director of HSBC James 
Capel, before becoming CEO of the company at the age of 34. 
 
 
Save as set out above and in the Appendix to this release, there is no 
information in relation to the new appointment required pursuant to Schedule 2 
paragraph (g) of the AIM rules for Companies.
