NORMAN HAY PLC ("the Company")

DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

The Preliminary Results announcement released on 23 March 2007 stated that, if
approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting, the final dividend would be
paid on 27 July 2007 to shareholders on the register on 23 June 2007.

The Company now reports that if approved, the final dividend will be paid to
shareholders on the register on 22 June 2007.
