NORMAN HAY PLC (the "Company")

Issue of Equity

Norman Hay plc announces that at a board meeting held on 8 November 2007 it
allotted a total of 75,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to certain
employees of the Company following the exercise of their options. Application
will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the new
ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.


Following admission of the new ordinary shares the enlarged issued share capital
of the Company will be 14,811,750 ordinary shares of 10p each.
