Application has been made for the admission to the Official List of 3,264,979
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company for use as a block listing facility
for the issue of shares under the Executive Share Option Scheme and under
Share Option Agreements.  It is expected that such admission will become
effective on 3 January 2001.
