Eitan Milgram appointed as a Non Executive Director

The Board of Hirco plc (AIM: HRCO), the AIM-quoted real estate investment company, announces that it has appointed Eitan Milgram as a Non Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Eitan, aged 32, is a Portfolio Manager and Executive Vice President at Weiss Asset Management, where he has worked for the last 11 years. He graduated summa cum laude from Boston University where he won the Prize for Excellence in Economics. Eitan has served on the board of directors of 14 publicly listed companies, advising a number of businesses on corporate restructurings.

Save as set out above and in the further information below, there is no information specified by paragraph (g) in Schedule Two to the AIM Rules that is required to be disclosed.
