Acquisition of all the 100 'A' ordinary shares in the issued share capital of
the Company by Thistle Investments SA ("the Purchaser") from Charles Edward John
Llewellyn ("Mr Llewellyn"), Charles Pettingell ("Mr Pettingell"), Maurice
Vincent Taylor ("Mr Taylor") and Mr Llewellyn, Mr Pettingell and Mr Taylor
jointly (all such vendors being hereinafter together referred to as  "the
Vendors")


This announcement outlines the acquisition by the Purchaser on 13 March 2008 of
all the 100 'A' ordinary shares of �0.75 each in the issued share capital of the
Company from the Vendors ("the Acquisition").  For the purposes of Rule 13 of
the AIM Rules for Companies, we are providing you with the following information
in respect of the Acquisition, which the directors consider, having consulted
with the Company's nominated advisor, that the terms of the transaction are fair
and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned:-

1.   Names of Sellers: Charles Edward John Llewellyn, residing at Whitmoor
     Farmhouse, Whitmoor Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7QB, Charles
     Pettingell, residing at Pear Tree House, Hopperton, Knaresborough, North
     Yorkshire, HG5 8NX, Maurice Vincent Taylor, residing at Moorgate, 4 Albert
     Street, Helensburgh, G84 7SG and Charles Edward John Llewellyn, Charles
     Pettingell and Maurice Vincent Taylor jointly.

2.   Name of Purchaser: Thistle Investments SA, a company incorporated in
     Luxembourg (No. B117495) and having its registered office at 10A Rue Henri 
     M. Schnadt, Luxembourg.

3.   Percentage of class and voting rights:  The entire issued 'A' ordinary
     shares of �0.75 each in the issued share capital of the Company.  The ' A'
     ordinary shares carry 15% of the voting rights of the Company.

4.   Consideration: �320,000.

5.   Mr Llewellyn, Mr Pettingell and Mr Taylor are each a director of the
     Company.

6.   The Purchaser is associated with Mr Taylor as it is controlled by adult
     members of Mr Taylor's family.

7.   Date of exchange and date of completion both occurred on 13 March 2008.
