                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 April 2008 special resolutions
to:

(i)  renew the Company's authority to purchase up to 14.99% of each class of 
     share in issue; and
     
(ii) authorise the Company to sell shares held in treasury at a price below the 
     estimated net asset value per share

were duly passed without amendment.
