Internet Business Group plc, the AIM listed performance advertising and
e-commerce company, announces that John Green, Non-Executive Chairman of the
Company, has resigned from the board with effect from today.

John Green, who joined the board in 2006, is leaving to focus on other business
interests. Maziar Darvish, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume
the role of Executive Chairman.

Commenting on the departure, Maziar Darvish said: "On behalf of the board and
the shareholders of the Company, I would like to thank John for his contribution
during his time as Chairman and wish him well for the future."
