                              Exercise of Options


IBG announces that it has applied for the admission of 200,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. This admission represents
0.26% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company of 77,190,800 ordinary
shares of 1p each. The admission is being made pursuant to the exercise of
options granted under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.


It is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence at 08.00
09 May 2007.
