EHGOSF Subscribes to a GBP 300,000 Under GBP 3 Million Financing Facility

EHGOSF has subscribed to a GBP 300,000 of convertible notes under the GBP 3 million financing facility that was entered into on 28 September 2022.

In exchange, Iconic will issue 300 convertible notes to EHGOSF along with 5,000,000,000 warrants with an exercise price of GBP 0.00003.

The funds under this tranche shall be used to meet Iconic's operational and strategical purposes.
