Offer for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus

Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus with Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc in respect of the Offer for Subscription of up to, in aggregate, 15,000,000 'H' ordinary shares of 1p each ("'H' Shares") comprising up to 7,500,000 'H' Shares in the share capital of each VCT together with an over-allotment facility of up to, in aggregate, a further 10,000,000 'H' Shares comprising 5,000,000 'H' Shares in the share capital of each VCT (the "Supplementary Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus is required as a consequence of the Company having published on 16 April 2013 its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available to view at the online viewing facility of the National Storage Mechanism at the following website address: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
